The http: address is the server where you hold will be publishing your site.
ie.. a web server with your hosting company or often, ISP which might
provide a few megabytes as part of the internet access account.

BTW, nothing's *free* in this world - you're paying for internet access,
you're most likely paying for web hosting (well that's advisable anyway, if
you want decent hosting with decent features, such as Frontpage support),
although if you try somewhere like Geocities, they have "free" hosting - but
you have to display ads on your site (in return for not paying) else pay
their fee for hosting. Geocities I think support FP.
