i dont know if this is the right newsgroup but i'll post
my query.

I have a problem with the text on the website. TM
(superscript) appears as 'J' (superscript) on some of the
computers on the same network. All the computers have
windows XP with similar version of internet explorer and
updates. i have tried changing the resolution, etc but
doesnt help.

please help if anyone encountered a similar problem

Does the web page that has the TM in it, specify the font that the text
should be written in? Are a second and third font also specified in case
the first is not available?
