I have placed a date code on my sites homepage but it is not on the home page but you see it when you go back to it from browsing other pages...what is going on with this..my site is www.members.shaw.ca/jw197

For starters you have 2 opening <head> tags and 2 <title> tags at the top of the page
and yet a third at the bottom.

Remove the second instance of this at the top <head>
and this towards the top <title>Welcome to the</title>

and this at the bottom.
<HTML>
<head><title></title></head>

Then save and republish.

Also, imho, remove the no right click script. They don't work. Trust me, they are a waste of time.

And also this at the bottom
<BODY BGCOLOR=#FFFFFF TEXT=#000000>

( a third "opening" body tag )
