Website Briefing Form

I found a Word document that ran through the various things that needed to be
considered when going to put a website together. Much like a brief you wuold
give a designer. Can any one point me in the direction of this file on the
microsoft website. It was a multi-page document from memory.

no that's not it I'm afraid. It's more life a questionairre that a client
would fill in and give to their designers to brief them on who they, what
they require etc.
