Webs not opening correctly

Hello,

I have many websites in my "My Web Sites" Folder (the default folder). I can
open about 75% of them with no problem. When I try to open the other 25% It
opens in a tree view with all websites showing
(c:\\Users\HP_Admin\Documents\My Web Sites). Wheras when I open one that
opens correctly I get the site file (c:\\Users\HP_Admin\Documents\My Web
Sites\DGP). When I try to open the same site in Expression I have the same
problem.

Also, I'm guessing this is related somehow, I have noticed that when I go to
open the sites that won't open in Expression the little globe is absent from
the folder.

Does anybody know what this all means?

Thank you,

Patrick

Hi Steve,

Thanks for replying. When I access the folder via start> documents> My Web
Sites the folder has a globe, when I right click there is not an option to
convert. When I try to open the web via FP there is a globe on the folder.
When I try to open via Expression the globe is absent.

I am not sure what to do from here?

Thanks,

Patrick

no. The one I am trying to open is a database php site (template -
ecomtemps.co...) I have a couple other templates from the same company that
do not share this issue.

That's exactly how it opens though. Maybe I can create a new web, gut it
copy contents into new folder? I wouldn't loose anything right?

Just background, I have been plagued by this problem with 2 machines and 3
different operating systems, and many different sites. This particular site
was fine 2 months ago and today...not so good.

Hello Steve,

I downloaded the program and ran both. Hidden came back with "no hidden
files", the other came back with 54 items cleaned. Problem still persists
though.

Thank you,

Patrick

Steve,

It did work! I closed the program and reopened it and wah-lah! Thanks for
the follow thru.
