webpages font to small to read

Iv been having a problem when view webpages, the font is sooo small i cant
read it
how can i fix this problem
 
In Netscape Ctrl+"+" (Ctrl and a "plus" sign). To decrease, Ctrl and a
"minus" sign. you can increase/decrease font practically without limits,
while in IE there is like 5 settings.
