webpage user name & passwords don't work

Let me state that I honestly am a total novice at this. We did a simple web
page in FP98, but the new computer wasn't compatable so we finally got it
transfered to FP2003. I updated it earlier in 98 and the password worked. Now
I can't get it to publish because it won't take my user name and password. In
plain english, what do I do?The server extensions are active.
 
Contact the host for the server and have them give you the correct password (or reset it)
