Runing Windows 2000 with IE 6 and all updated patches.

This is a weird situation. I can't get a website to display. It is the
eBay "Sign In" Page. When I click it, I get a Blank Page displayed. I
thought it was a problem with the Secure Socket Link (SSL) however, I can
log on to other "Secure" Sites. In fact, this EBay Sign In page is the only
page, to my knowledge, that I cannot display.

I have ZoneAlarm installed, but it is temporarily turned off until I can
resolve this issue. I don't have any applications that would prevent me
from storing the cookies (to my knowledge). I have (and have run) Ad-Aware
6 and SpyBots 1.3, to ensure that I don't have some Spyware on my system. I
have Norton Systemworks 2004 loaded and no virus.

It is as if, one page only, is blocked from view but I can't figure out what
could do this. All IE settings such as cookies, restricted sites... so
forth, found under
Tools>Internet Options>General are set at the default values.

What could cause this?
Any ideas?

I tried to repair IE6 but I really agree with George .. that it is not an IE
issue.
It is so specific to the ebay sign-on (and not other Secure Logings) that it
baffels me. It must be a software conflict... maybe Norton but not sure how
to tell. I have two other computers that run W2K and Norton that do not
have this issue. I even run ZoneAlarm on a comptuer that can get this site
with no problems.

I'm loosing my hair on this issue and I can't afford that!!

It's more than likely the Norton.
