Webpage Loading

Brain Trust,

Past week or so when I open IE6 browser the Roadrunner
homepage will not load unless refreshed several times.
If I go to other pages may load but cannot use back
function-things freeze. Other times when I open my
browser page may load and things may be OK for a time.
If I close and then re-open the problem is usually back.
I checked with ISP Roadrunner and they say everything is
OK and may be Windows problem?

Any logical reason?

Hav had this problem at times with RR homepages also (I am in Tampa). I
changed my home page to something more useful and everything worked fine.
