webpage hijack

i think my webpage has been hijack, because my homepage
has changed to:
http://66.230.167.185/z/1005/yes/
and well i set it back to www.freeserve.co.uk but it just
keep changing back to that webpage above, i have clear my
cookies, histor and deleted the internet files, and i
have a scanner to check for problems 'search and destory'
but it hasnt picked anything up? can anyone help, please
email you help to

and label it as internetexpolerhelp, so i know it isnt a
virus or junk mail
 
If Spybot didn't pick it up try this program
Ad-aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Download it, once installed, check for updates, then run
the program. Kill anything it finds. You can quarantine
(backup) any items you are not sure about.
By the way, Spybot just released a new version. You
should probably get the new version.

Make sure you have updated Windows with all the latest
Critical Updates.
