I viewed one of MS's XP webcasts and found a problem with it ( it skipped over a section), so I sent them an email. Here's their
response:
"I understand that you have found an issue with a Webcast. I realize the importance of the issue.
After carefully reviewing your issue, I have found that your issue will be best handled Microsoft Webcast support. I suggest you
to contact Microsoft Webcast support as they have better understanding of the issue you are experiencing.
You may contact them at:
https://support.microsoft.com/common/survey.aspx....
I hope your issue gets resolved soon and appreciate your patience in this regard.
Thank you for using Microsoft products and services."

SO let me get this right... I saw a problem and clicked on " let us know..." . I told them the detail of the problem on the
Microsoft website ... and "After carefully reviewing the issue" - it is MY JOB to resubmit to another area of the company. Can't
HE just FORWARD it internally ?
Great service !
