How do you get rid of the webcam tool bar from the screen? I can move it
around but can not work out how to close it or move it off the screen.

that webcam thing is not part of vista
tell us what program it is

you can press alt ctrl esc together and find it in the list of items
running and terminate it

How do you get rid of the webcam tool bar from the screen? I can move it

This is not part of Vista. It's part of the webcam software for the webcam
that you have. If you say what sort of webcam you have, maybe somebody else
that has the same type can help further. I have a Logitech Communicator
STX, but I have not toolbar as you describe.
