Webcam software

Hello,

I'm looking for any software similar to at32 Comedy Cam, but freeware. I
would like a program that can add overlays, effects, text, super-impose
etc onto a webcam.

Also, I would be interested in any games using a webcam - like those
seen on EyeToy for the playstation. Thanks.
