webcam problems!..help!..

I've recently purchased a Web from Logitech. Since I haven't received any assistance from any professional about how to install the camera. I'm running XP on my pc but this plug and play isn't working. I've tried everything including their website but still not ago. I was wandering if any of you had, had a similar problem, if so, can you shed some light?

Hi, I had the same probleme as you when I instal Windos XP. I went on Logitech web site, then I click on support and download, I then click on Cameras and I choose My camera model :
