webcam problem

High, I can receive very good a/v but when I talk with my webcam the sound
always go wild for the one receiving and I keep the volume as low as it will
go, if I stop the video and just use the audio then there is no problem.

Can you please help me?

You must be on dial-up and not on DSL or Cable.
