Webcam+digi cam not workin - code 10?

Ive bought a webcam and a small digital camera and
neither are working. Ive plugged them into my usb hub and
install all the drivers but when it comes to xp 'finding
the hardware' it says something about could not be
installed properley and when it has a question mark next
to it in device manager it just says "cannot start code
10 error"

Help would be appreciated asap.

Have you tried bypassing the hub and plugging the devices directly into your
computer instead. If this solves your issue, then your hub would be the
problem device (always recommend using powered hubs). I'm pretty sure this
is the problem (though I don't know what 10 error code is.).
