web tools-Scrolling Text

Do you have any idea what should i do when this msg pop up when i want to use
the scrolling text features (outlook 2003)

""THE Obj was created in MARQUEE. THis application is not available to open
this obj. Make sure application is properly installed and that it has not
been deleted,moved or renamed""

Tried re-install but can't help.

Please help. THank you.
 
OL 03 Yea I'm getting the same response! Not to happy! I did get one reply
& it gave me an vague answer "Might not be supported anymore"
I'm still trying to find out what "MARQUEE" is? Any ideas? --
