Web Solution to database

Hi,

Is there a way that I can create like an online registration form
(registration, call for paper, etc) then it dumps the info automatically to
the database without having to manually input the information?

That is what most web applications do. You need to know some basic things
how web app works and then choose a technology/platform that you can start
with. In MS platform, it would be ASP or ASP.NET.
