Simple Database

I have created a simple registration form on a very simple ExpressionWeb
website. After going through numerous tutorials about
static/dynamic/access/sql/mysql/ etc............I am left more confused than
usual. All I'm trying to do is create a simple database that collects
information entered into the form by a user which, by the way, includes the
ability of the user to upload a photo of their lost pet.

Despite several days of reading/research, I have yet to locate a simple
tutorial that focuses on the simple project of setting up a simple database
to collect the data entered. If you want to take a peak at the form I

Is this an Access question or more likely and ExpressionWeb question? You
might have a better chance of getting a response in a web development news
group.

Thank you Duane. But I've posed the same question in that discussion group
