Some sites require you to pay a fee before you can use them. Some want
you to register, and that runs the gamut from a few innocuous
questions, to a huge questionnaire that asks extremely intrusive
questions.

From your question, there's no way to tell what's causing your
problem. What's the URL you're having trouble with?
