Web query trailing zeros missing

I am trying to get data using a web query. One of the
columns is text data that looks like 4.10. The 4 is the
year and the number after the period is a sequential
number (can be over 100). When I get external date, web
query, this comes into the spreadsheet as 4.1 .... it
drops the trailing zero. I have defined this column as
test but still drops the trailing zeros. I first had data
that used a dash (-) instead of a period but then excel
picked up that column as a date. Any way to get this table
without reformating this column?

Ooops. Make that defined as text, not test.
