Web Parts not registed on site as safe

When I try to install some web parts I have been given I get the erro
"A web Part or Web control form on this web page cannot be displayed or imported because it is not registered on this site as safe

I am running Server2003 and sp2, I have other webparts operating and I can import the MSBN weather web part with no problems

Can anyone help please!!!!

I have attempted to install them from the sharepoint site design page or insert web part & from within front page all give me the same error. I have tried import & add button & drag and drop

Are you saying that you are trying to install Web Parts into your Web Parts
Gallery, or trying to put them into pages FROM a Web Parts Gallery?

I import them to the gallery and then try to place them on to the page that is when i get the error

I got the same problem and now stuck.
