Web pages that wont display.

I am using IE 6.0 and quite often when I open a webpage
all I can see is a little rectangle in the upper left
corner with 3 colored dots.

What setting do I need to change to get these to open?

For what its worth,this started happening to me Sunday .I
cant get full content on any website of either images or
captions on the radio buttons.Somebody help

Same thing is happening to me. But only when I want to
download a file. I click on the "download" button and
get taken to a blank screen with the three coloured icon
at the top left. But when I use the back button, I can
right mouse click and then save target as, and continue
that way, but it is very frustrating. Any help would be
appreciated.
