Web Page not fully loading

Some web sites do not fully load. It shows red X boxes
where the links should be. I have compared all privacy
and security settings to machines on same network that
have no problem with the sites. I have deleted temp
files and cookies. This machine does not seem to have
Windows Virtual Machine installed. Could this be the
problem? If so, can I install it with a Repair
Installation?

Any ideas would be helpful,

Are you using a popup blocker?
Most of them will also block pictures called by scripts.
