web page not completely loading

When I go to a web page, what appears to be smaller pages in that page do not
load up. These smaller pages state "The page cannot be displayed.. etc.."

An example of this counters on the bottom of web pages.. They do not load..

Someone asked if i had downloaded a spyware prgoram of late. Yes I have
adaware.

How can I fix this? Please help..

Most probabily, those items come from other servers than the one you visit
(external counters, for instance). I thing that renaming the HOSTS file to
hosts.old and rebooting should take care of it.

Thanks for your help..

I'm not sure how to "rename the hosts file"? Also I'm not sure if this is
just happening with items from other servers.. When I go to ebay for example,
on the main page I have at least 6 little boxes on the screen with this
message..

Any advice from this point on would be really appreciated..
