Web page does not fully load up

When I go to a web page, what appears to be smaller pages in that page do not
load up. These smaller pages state "The page cannot be displayed.. etc.."

An example of this counters on the bottom of web pages.. They do not load..

Please help..

Have you downloaded a HOSTS file to block adwadre and spyware?

Yes I downloaded spybot however I have removed this. I also have ad aware..
