Web page newsletter in my message

PC world, Tesco, Busines link etc all do it. Electronic web newsletters
that are embedded in their e mail and open on your screen without an
attachment. How is it done, I can create the web page (Marketing and
newsletters) but for the life of me I cannot find out how to insert a
web page with fully functioning hyperlinks etc.
