Email newsletter as web page

Hi,

I need to send out a multi-page newsletter. I had hoped
to create it in Publisher, but it appears that you can
only send one page (if you are wanting it to be in the
body of the email as opposed to an attachment).

Therefore, I would like to know if it would be possible
to create a webpage instead that would contain the
content of a four paged document, but nowhere can I find
how to do this.

If this is not possible and only one page can be
inserted, would it be possible to email it as an
interactive web page so that headlines could be clicked
which would divert you to the relevant pages on a live
website, this is not the best way for me as it is
difficult to update our website regularly and so if there
is any way that a multi page newsletter could be sent
within an email (but not as an attachment) I would be
very glad to hear from you.
