web page graphics won't load on IE6.0

have to right click on picture and click on 'display
image with full quality'in order to make the picture
clear.any ideas as to how to fix this?didn't happen with
netscape or mozilla,but it does happen with
opera.appreciate any help.I'm at a dead end.

Have you added any program to speed up Web browsing?
