Was it in a Shared Border? If so..just reapply the shared border and put whatever was in it back in. Save & Republish.
OR...if you just deleted it off your local copy, you can RePublish from the host server back down to your local machine.

Thanks Rob. I unknowingly published the deleteion to my remote site too, but
I was able to get restored with shared border.

Was it 1) shared border or 2) include page.
