Can anyone tell me what thay are using for web page design and publishing.
Is there a free download that works and will allow the web page to open in

There are not very many 'free' web page designers of any quality. At the $50
level, there are a few that are really excellent.

Go to www.webstudio.com to find one of the best of the best from Back to the
Beach software. They even provide outstanding tech support during their demo
period which is a cool 30 days.

If you mean professionals by 'they', most use Adobe Dreamweaver or just
simply Notepad. Notepad is included in Windows free.

Both are free although Pagebreeze can be upgraded.

I use the free NetObjects Fusion Essentials.
