web page content moves around in Frontpage 2003 when previewed

After spending hours designing my web page, placing text & pictures etc. when
I come to preview it they are all over the place and not in the positions
they should be.

Did you use the space bar and/or absolute positioning to
layout your web page? You should NOT.

As Tom suggests, tables are your best layout tool.

Thanks a lot for your replies I really appreciate it, I have used tables but
also absolute positioning because I couldn't seem to otherwise lay out the
page. I haven't yet published the pages because they look such rubbish!!!!
