Web Mail red X when Responding

I have a Web Client user that when he trys to forward or respond to an email,
he gets a Red X in the Message box so he can't do the email.

Assuming that by "web client" you mean "Outlook Web Access", ask in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.clients , Since OWA is
a feature of Exchange
