web interface not working

I have noticed just in the last few days the web interface for reading the
messages posted here is not connecting the newsgroup, however using outlook
interface seems to work fine, anybody have any ideas why this is??
 
I think the web interface is having problems - but why use it when you can
use a newsreader anyway? So much better!
