web graphics wont display

im running win xp pro, amd 1.3ghz w/ 1.3gb pc133 sdram,
17" analog lcd monitor and have either/or geforce3 64mb 4x
agp/ geforce 5200fx 256mb 8x agp (all currently
underclocked mb doesn support 8x agp or 1.3ghz cpu tho
hasnt been an issue before now) asus kt7v133 mb,
everything ran fine untill recently

now, tho, certain graphics display like pointalist art
gone bad but the frames around these images display fine

examples: eq patch screen but frame is fine and game plays
fine, same issue w/ starwars galaxy. video streaming also
has same problem tho audio is fine, some advertising
frames have issues others dont when surfing and many pics
(i suspect the 1's that most commonly use html links wont
display) but the rest of the page and text display fine,

have done a complete repartition and reinstall of
everything and have also dl'd all the latest drivers for
mb (incl bios) ALL hardware and win xp,

at this point i thought it was a bad vidoe card and
monitor works fine on other systems ... looking for
possibilities from here, dont want to waste any more money
untill i have a definative fix

Almost identical problem on a 1.3Ghz Dell. Swapped
monitors and graphics cards ... still have the issue. Any
news on your end?
