Web font size too small - View text size does not work

Help ... Some web pages are using fine print for which the View/Text Size/
Large.. Small .. etc does not work.

Is there an easier way to see this fine print than going the TOOLS/ INTERNET
OPTIONS/ ACCESSORIES/ Ignore Font Sizes.... route ? Maybe an addin I can get
somewhere that can go on my toolbar ? Maybe a different browser ?

I am running into the fine print more and more on the web newspaper sites
and recently on the AT&T site for a user agreement and now on Hotmail's web
interface. Some web publishers are sooooo inconsiderate!

One thing that may help, if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, is to hold
down the ctrl key and spin the mouse wheel. You will see that the font size
of the page will increase and decrease as per the action of the scroll
wheel.

Thank you for your response Sandy. However, the CTRL KEY + Mouse Wheel
appears to be the same as the VIEW/TEXT SIZE. The Microsoft Hotmail
site is an excellent example of what I am writing about. In fact,
complaints from a couple of elderly friends about the Hotmail site
since the December reformat is what has me looking for a simpler
solution. I read that custom style sheets on the web are creating this
new micro type and thus the problem. The VIEW/TextSize has no effect
on it.
