Web Folders on XP

I have a recently created a website and find that after saving to a folder,
this folder has no icon. Other website folders have a globe of the earth. I
write to inquire if the globe folder impart any additional properties to its
contents or is it just cosmetic. How can I change the plain folder to bear
the same icon

If you right click the Folder without the Globe and select properties from
the list then click on Change Icon, do you see the Globe?.
