I have never designed a web site before. I am interested in giving it a try.
I am looking for a free download (freeware) web designer software that is
extremely user friendly. All help appreciated.

Yeah, I know this site is not the proper place to ask this question. I
looked and looked and could not find any Microsoft forum to post my question.
So, if you are not going to help me with my question please don't post
something like "this is not the right form for this question" - I would
prefer you provide me with a link to the proper form. Thank you.
