web data, web link extraction

I want to analyse the link structure between a set of websites. I want
to get the URL addresses of the websites to which links are set. So, in
the end I can see who is at the centre of the network of links, who is
not linked etc.
I found a commercial program called Web Data Extractor,
http://www.webextractor.com/ which might do some of the job. Any other tip ?
