web components/table of contents

I inserted the web component/table of contents to a page to generate a site
map in my website, and it works fine. However, there are several unwanted
files showing up. Their names look like this: XXXXX_files/filelist.xml
where XXXXX is a subdirectory of my website. How can I prevent them from
showing up in my site map?

Check your TOC properties to unselect show pages w/ no incoming hyperlinks
and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

If that doesn't clear it, and the folder is visible to you
(not a hidden thicket file as part of say a PPT)
Try renaming the folder to start with an _underscore

Note
The FP TOC is very limited in options, and it is often best to just create your own

Top
