if I recall right www.coffeecup.com has a free program to post the pictures
to the web. for FrontPage's sake I'd set up a FrontPage subweb to do this
into.

Some webcams even come with ftp upload sys. too,,,,...and definitely set it into a subweb. If not there's more than a few freeware out there too.
