I know this is only a minor issues but any help would be appreciated. When
opening a web page it doesn't open in full screen size. This has only just
started to happen and I have to click on the icon at the top of the page to
enlarge it to full screen size.

Open IE
Right click on a link in that page and open a new window (just to be sure)
Close the FIRST one
Using your mouse drag the lower right corner to full size
Using your mouse drag the upper left corner to full size
Close that window
Windows remembers the last size of opened windows - this should work with
any resizable window.
