Web Browser in VB .net web application

I am creating a VB .Net web application. I am trying to place a web browser
in a form and have it manipulated from there but with no luck. Can someone
please either paste the code to help me get this working or paste a link to
documentation or an example. I am extremely new to VB .Net so it is
basically baby steps for me.

Why do you need to place a Web Browser into a web application's web form (I
assume it is ASP.NET app), which itself is displayed in a web browser when a
client access your web application?
