Web Archive .mht files

I no longer get a box in ie6 File: save as (.mht web archivecomplete.
I just get two boxes ; save .txt or save as html. I have outlook
express installed.
Any ideas on how to correct this.
 
If this is not the issues, then remove some old files from your Temporary
Internet Files (Folders)

This Web Page Could Not Be Saved
When you attempt to save a Web page using the Web Page, complete
(*.htm;*.html) or Web Archive, single file (*.mht) options in Internet
Explorer, you may receive the follow error message: Error Saving Web Page.
This Web page could not be saved.
