Good evening

Not sure if this is the correct page to register this
question.

I visited a web site recently and since visiting my
internet has been doing a few odd things.

1. when logging onto the internet.. it loads my 'home'
page.. but it has also started to open a couple of other
pages automatically. It seems to do this everytime I log
onto the internet. Is there anywhere I can see what
pages my internet opens upon start up ?

2. Also since visiting this site (which was :
http://www.personaltest.co.uk/). It has logged this
address under my TOOLS tab. How do i remove this from
my tools tab ? I have tried right clicking to select
delete, but it does nothing when right clicking on it.
If I left click on it.. my PC the loads this web site.

Please help
Regards
Kizzi

For 1. See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
especially
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm#Coolwebsearch

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
CWShredder is also available here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/cwshredder.zip
**Post your HijackThis log to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ or the Spyware forum at
http://forum.aumha.org/ for expert analysis, not here.**
Alternative download pages for Ad-Aware, Spybot, HijackThis and CWShredder
may be found on this page:
http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm.
If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

For 2. Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe
