I am using Outlook 2003 for my gmail account through POP SMTP settings how
could I configure my outlook 2003 for web access, anyone could provide the
procedure

Outlook Web Access doesn't actually have anything to do with Outlook, it's
actually part of Exchange server.

But, Gmail has a pretty good web based access already. Why not just use
that?
