Weather data in outlook calendar

Hi,
I wanted to know if there was an application that would allow realtime or
daily weather forecast information to be synchronized with my Outlook
calendar so that when I'm looking at the week or month view I could see
symbols in the corner of the day showing sun/cloud/snowflake/or rain drop
with a number next to it representing the high for the day?
ie, a sun with the number 74 next to it. then I could see the weather
forecast as I am planning events.
