The Weather Center Gadget from AeroXperience is much better than the weather gadget in RC1. The link to AeroXperience is;

You need to register to access the gadget. However, registration is free. After you register and log in, click 'Enter the Forums' on the upper left side of the page. On the next page, click on 'Windows Sidebar'. On the next page click 'Gadgets (5381 & 5384 Sidebar) Releases'. the link to the Weather Center Gadget is on this page. It is a free download.
