We dont relay

We use microsoft small business server in our offices.
I try to reply to people who have sent me email or try to forward emails to
people both in our office and out side but get returns that say "we don't
relay for...".

I can write new emails to these people. Please help

Dear mikehome,

I'm guessing that you have more than one account in your outlook.

When you reply, I think another outgoing server is being asked to SMTP
your email reply rather than your primary account SMTP server.

After clicking on reply, select the account you use for sending new
massages.
