WE doesn't recognize USB JmpDrive

I have a Lexar 120MB JumpDrive. When I try to use it on my Dell Latitude
CPx, the Windows Explorer won't recognize it. My desktop has no problem with
it, however. I'm not sure, but this seems to have started since my laptop
auto-downloaded SP2. Any suggestions?
 
I have the same problem with my desktop after XP2 installation. The drive is
recognized by my laptop as always. Also, the drive can be found and accessed
on my desktop machine by going into the disk management section of XP Pro,
but explorer is not able to display it for some reason. Any help would be
appreciated.
